1890s VICTORIAN QUARTERSAWN OAK 3 DOOR LG
BOOKCASE
This is a very large 1890s VICTORIAN QUARTERSAWN
OAK 3 DOOR LG BOOKCASE. It has the original
finish and this one is very heavy... it’s
great!! Above each side door you will find
router carving which dates this to the 1890’s or
again the late Victorian period. This also has a
wonderful bevel mirror top center with applied
carvings for style! This piece retains all the
original finish which is tad over 100 years old.
This monumental bookcase is 63 ½ inches wide, 76
½ inches tall and 16 ½ inches front to back. The
top center door with bevel mirror only is 15 ¼
inches wide and 13 ¼ inches tall. The door frame
is 19 3/4 inches wide and 22 ½ inches tall.
THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 14 ADJUSTABLE SHELVES!!
Ten shelves are 19 inches wide and 14 inches
front to back. The remaining shelves are approx.
18 inches wide and 10 inches front to back. The
left and right doors are 20 inches wide and 64 ½
inches tall. The center Bookcase glass door is
19 7/8 inches wide and 52 ¼ inches tall.
