This has got to be one of the most quality and heavy carved top Cylinder Secretaries that we have had the opportunity to sell. CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS BELOW OF THE WONDERFUL VINE AND GRAPE FLORAL CARVED TOP THAT HIS 2 PIECE SECRETARY BOOKCASE DESK PRESENTS above! YES THE TOP DOES LOOK A LITTLE DARKER. USUALLY OVER THE YEARS THEY WERE TOO TALL TO GET TO AND WAS NOT CLEANED AS OFTEN!

The outside measurements are 102 inches tall or 8 foot 6 inches tall. This is approximately 49 inches wide at the top and 22 inches front to back. The fancy Crown board that sets on top is WOW 49 inches wide and 11 ½ inches tall. The 2 top glass doors are 19 ½ inches wide and 39 inches tall. There are 4 shelf areas, 3 of them are removable and adjustable about every 1 ½ - 2 inches and they are 38 inches wide and 9 ¼ inches front to back. THERE IS LOTS OF NICE BURL WALNUT WOOD THROUGHOUT! Take for instance check out the photos below of the double burl panels in the Cylinder Roll area. They are matched grain on each side. This roll is 37 ½ inches wide and 16 inches on a curve. The writing surface has a real leather insert and when pulled out is 34 ½ inches wide and 16 inches front to back. The 2 cubby hole drawers are 12 ½ inches wide, 6 ½ inches front to back and 1 ½ inches deep. The large drawers with fruit carved pulls in the base are 35 inches wide, 14 inches front to back and have depths of 5 ¼ and 7 inches deep.
