Great desk! This is a 1940s Mahogany Tambor Double Roll Federal style Secretary Desk. There is a partial label on the back we cannot make it out but this was probably made by the Grand Rapids Furniture Co. of Grand Rapids MI. As you can see in the photos below this has lots of nice flame burl mahogany on the drawer fronts.

This is 35 inches wide, 19 inches front to back and 42 inches tall. When the desk lid or writing surface area is extended this area becomes 35 inches wide and 16 inches front to back. As you can see in the photos above this has nice turned brass pulls. The tambor rolls are 14 ¾ inches wide and 10 inches tall. The 4 top cubby drawer holes are 3 ¾ inches wide and 6 ¾ inches front to back and 1 ½ inches deep. The 2 larger cubby hole drawers are 7 ¾ inches wide, 6 ¾ inches front to back and 1 ½ inch deep. Beneath the writing surface the 2 larger drawers are approx. 30 inches wide, 14 7/8 inches front to back and depths of 3 ¾ and 4 inches deep.
