The heavy huge knuckle busted and hairy carved claw feet is typical for the Hastings Furniture Company. This pedestal fluted Table is made approx. 1900-10. As you can see in a couple of the photos above YES THIS DOES HAVE A CENTER PEDESTAL LEG INSIDE OF THE PEDESTAL SO THAT IT CAN SUPPORT THE 4 12 INCH WIDE LEAVES.

The 48 inch square top is made of solid quartersawn oak and so are the 4 original 12 inch wide leaves! When all leaves are in place this table becomes 12 foot in length x 4 foot wide and has a 30 inch table height.
