This is a nice looking 2 piece Oak Staircase unit. This has never been refinished and has the old varnish. As you can see in the photo above the Newel post has nice rope twisting and pressed moldings.

This post is 52 inches tall and approx. 9 inches square at the bottom. The larger piece of stair railing is 7 feet and the smaller piece is 50 inches. Both of these are approx. 30 inches tall.
