They don’t come any nicer than this! This is a free standing but however Architectural made Dressing or Entrance Way sort of a Coat Rack Hall Tree Bench Pier Mirror. This has never had any of the double hooks for any sort of coats or hats to be placed on however it could be very easily done by attaching them to the posts on each side. This has all the original varnish. There is NO veneer, and this is all solid quartersawn Oak. Wonderful Large Bevel Mirror! T

his is 7 foot 6 ½ inches tall and WOW 56 ¼ inches wide. At the center the shelf is 11 inches front to back. The large mirror is 37 ½ inches wide and 61 ½ inches tall. The columns are tapered and at the base are 4 inches thick and at the top are 3 inches thick. This has a nice old back (see photo above). We have this located under Fireplace Mantle category as well… due to the fact this would have been an adjoining piece is possibly a large great room around 1900-10. This very well could have been made by the Grandfather Clock and Mantle Company out of Grand Rapids Michigan.
