This is the way that we received these Oak Columns that you will view in the photos below. We bought these off of a picker or in other words someone that brings us merchandise. These were installed in a home years ago and apparently they were screwed in or dowed. However when we got these in they were screwed the bottom piece or platform. Currently they are not attached the board at ground level. These have the old finish.

They are a tad over 7 foot tall at 84 ½ inches tall. They are tapered columns at 5 ½ inches across at the base to 4 ½ inches across at the top. The square caps at the top are 7 inches square. The bottom square caps are 9 ½ inches square.
