This is a must see! This early
Hepplewhite cut out leg 1820-30’s
Armoire Wardrobe IS HUGE!! Lots of
space! When the guys moved this
around here for photos, etc., I told
them to go get the house!! Again
this is a big one!! THE 2
PANELS OR INSERTS IN THE DOORS HAVE
SOME NICE CURLY CHERRY! You will
find NO circular saw marks on this
piece! Due to the fact this is made
before the 1840-50’s. The case is
dovetailed at the top (see photo
above).
The top crown board or molding is
correct and never has been replaced.
At one time someone has done some
restoration on the right drawer.
This was done correct and a nice job
done at that! This must have been a
favorite drawer and was slid in and
out more than the left one. The left
drawer is 100% original. All locks
including the large door and latches
are all handmade and forged for this
house. They have never been
replaced! We do not have the key but
one could be easily made by a local
locksmith. Usually no one locks
these anyhow!
This is 90 ¼ inches tall, 54 inches
wide and 18 ¾ inches front to back.
