This is a wonderful 1900-10 Empire fluted
column Mahogany Claw Foot with many uses
such as Partner’s Desk, Computer Desk or
Library Table. As you can see in the photos
this has a total of 4 drawers and can set
out in the middle of a room. Since this has
the 4 drawers we do consider this a partners
desk, but again this can be used for many
uses such as a lamp stand.
This is a fairly good size one… it is 50
inches wide x 30 inches and stands 30 inches
tall. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS BELOW…
THIS IS HAS WHAT WE CALL IN THE ANTIQUE
BUSINESS WONDERFUL KNUCKLE BUSTED CLAW FEET
WITH CARVED HAIR. All 4 drawers are
dovetailed. This is solid Mahogany. The
drawers are 19 inches wide, 12 ½ inches
front to back and 2 ¾ inches deep. The
fluted columns are 19 inches tall and 3 ¾
inches thick. The Claw Feet are 4 ¾ inches
thick.
